Love everyone here. I see Dr Pate most of the time and absolutely love her. I'm so glad Dr Saifi added her to the team. The whole team is great and work well together. Their all down to earth and make you feel like family.

Don't go there. The Florida Medical Center on Highland is not using surgical masks and is not monitoring for sterilization. I am praying that I don't get sick. I went for simple bloodwork and the tech, wearing only a cloth mask and no gloves told me that, "you only get COVID through the mouth" when i asked her 6 times to cover her nose with her mask. I would never return there and would give it 0 stars if that were possible.

Doctors are very good but those who work at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Specially that lady who does the scheduling. She gets upset that the days she gave is not okay with me. I mean what can i do if it conflicts with my work and my upcoming surgery. Im gonna transfer to another clinic. Feel sorry for the doctor they loss a customer just because of their staff.

This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. It's an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason I've stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable.
