When we were there the 1st time the licensing part was down, we took care of our registrations and came back later when the licensing part was up and running. Everyone was very friendly, knew what they were doing, very helpful.

Got in and out very quickly. Had new title in hand and transferred registration and renewed a separate registration in about 20 minutes

The gal's that work at this DMV make it simple to get your license. I have never been treated so well at a DMV. Remember have your paperwork and they will take care of the rest. Very helpful and informative. In other states it takes hours of waiting and being treated like a number. It makes me love WV even more. Plenty of parking and wheelchair friendly. No lunch required you won't be there all day.

No you have to take it to a vehicle inspection place specifically for that.
Yes whether it's financed or paid for, it has to be insured for the same reasons as auto and home...in case it's in an accident, fire, theft etc. From Google If you financed your popup trailer at the time of purchase, your lender probably required you to insure it. But if you paid for it outright or bought it used, you might be wondering if you need to insure it and the answer is yes. Like any valuable item, whether it’s a piece of jewelry or a jet ski, popup campers should be insured. Why do I need popup camper insurance? For starters, it could be involved in an accident while being towed, or even while parked in your driveway. It can catch fire, be damaged by severe weather, vandalized, or stolen. And as much fun as a popup trailer is, it can also be a liability if a person is injured while in or around it. Plus, your personal possessions inside the trailer can be damaged or stolen.
