Liz Casella is an awesome Realtor. We recently sold our home and she made the experience a breeze. She is super easy to communicate with and so responsive. I enjoyed this stressful process only because of her. She would always reply to messages in the shortest time and was a real support throughout the entire process. I have to give a shout-out to Janet and Emily and others who coordinated the showing timings with me and always checking my convenience and giving me very prompt replies. Anyone thinking of buying or selling, do consider Liz and her amazing team to help you.

Lauren, Mike, Janet, and the Casella Real Estate team were a wealth of knowledge, well organized, paid attention to detail, as well as true professionals throughout the process of selling our home. On top of that they were kind and caring to our needs throughout the way. Our family strongly recommends Casella Real Estate and we appreciate their service.

Liz Casella is an amazing realtor. She helped my family find a home we loved while we were living in another state, and I couldn't be more pleased. She was incredibly present and available whenever I had questions. She literally showed me every house I was interested in, and if she wasn't available she would assign one of her fellow realtors to help me in her absence. All of the ladies that I spoke with or worked with in my home search I found to be equally as helpful. They walked us through the whole process from start to finish, and even now with my home purchased she is still available if I have any questions. I could not recommend this fantastic group of realtors enough.

Our experience with Liz and her team was nothing but AWESOME! Liz was extremely punctual/flexible with her responses, and always was willing to work with our families needs/schedules. The guidance and support was much appreciated as we navigated our way in the current market. If there is ever a need for realtor expertise in the future, our family wouldn't think twice about returning to Casella Real Estate, it would be a definite.

Buying a foreclosure owned by the bank is a far easier process. In this type of foreclosure, a bank — which has taken over ownership of a home after its former owners stop making mortgage payments — sells the house, hiring a real estate agent to close the sale.
Yes, this will give you the opportunity to be sure that the home is in the same condition as it was when you signed the agreement of sale.
Some homebuyers can get their pre-approval letter within hours. People with straightforward W2 income, decent credit, and money in the bank can be house hunting the same day. But for others, getting the letter could take days or weeks. If you’re self-employed or have dinged credit, your lender will require more documentation upfront. It may submit your full file for manual approval by the bank’s underwriters before issuing the letter.
Closing is the day that settlement occurs, title is transferred and you get the keys to your new home.
Most financial institutions say that if you add your gross monthly income (not take home) with your spouse’s gross monthly income and multiply that by 30% of your total gross monthly income, this figure would be what you can afford to use towards housing related payments, ie: mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. Getting a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction. We can help you with that process.
