This store is ok, but the customer service at the deli could improve. It's like it was a bother for the individual to make my requested sub the way I wanted. And what's interesting, they quietly served someone else, and had to wait for another staff member to start my order.

Though the pharmacy is very nice, they are very difficult to get a hold of. They do not communicate well at all. Since I have switched pharmacies 3 months ago they have been out of 1 or 2 of my medications each time. I do not drive due to epileptic siezures and have to rely on other people to get me to and from places. This has become more of an inconvenience than a 1 stop shopping as originally thought. The other pharmacy lacked severely in customer service, but had all my medications every month. Now I have to plan another trip to Publix. That's another hour of my time I won't get back. Thanks.

This pharmacy is well organized, very helpful, friendly staff and extremly prompt. I had a hard time getting my meds filled on time and long lines at Walmart. I have much less stress with this Publix! Thank you very much!

I will never use another pharmacy. Every single employee is polite, and bend over backwards to help in any way they can. They even try to greet me by name. They make me feel welcome and valued, often when I feel the worst. I can say enough positive things about the staff and service ♡♡♡
