Had a good experience at new country. Nick was able to get me a Tundra TRD and kept in communication throughout the whole process. Spent time showing me the truck and all the features which was appreciated. Definitely recommend doing business with new country over the other dealerships in the area. I found my most wanted car with Larry’s help in about a week. This trim is hard to find everywhere and the waiting time could be more than 6 months as I learnt from other dealers, but Larry really helped me got one! He’s very professional, honest, easy to work with - pretty much all the good qualities as you could think of. With his help, the buying process is so much easier. I spent a month shopping for a new vehicle after hitting a deer that left mine totaled. I scoped out a few different makes and models before settling on the Toyota Highlander. I’m very particular and was looking for something specific. I’d reached out to about 17 Toyota dealers between Albany and Buffalo. Not one had called me back for even a simple conversation. About three days after my email inquiry, I received a call from Larry Moore at New Country Saratoga Springs. From the first “hello” he was very pleasant and never gave me as a pushy salesman vibe. He simply listened to what I was looking for and identified the perfect vehicle for me. Again, being particular, I requested pictures of the vehicle in detail and he sent several to me almost instantly. After deciding it met my standards, we went into negotiations. I had a strict number in mind and was not willing to go over. Larry went over and beyond to make sure we got a payment within my range. A week later, I drove 3 hours to pick it up. Everyone was so friendly from the minute I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot. I’d previously had a couple of poor experiences with two local Toyota dealers - very moody and far from willing to help. They both had the “the market is what it is take it or leave it” attitude. Understanding the market, I knew my number was far from unreasonable. Larry and his team worked WITH me and I felt like it was a true partnership to get me into a vehicle that was a match for me. In a world where customer service is almost nonexistent these days, my experience with Larry and the team was an anomaly. I suggest any and all Toyota seekers work with them. Thank you to you all!
