I have been a patient 15+ years - unfortuneately they are stacking their sppointments and making me wait 30 -60 extra minutes past scheduled time . also please note the dental and eyecare do not take all insurance yet ( medicare ! )) , pharmacy is 5 stars

VERY NEGLIGENT. Here’s 2 separate real life experiences: 1) I had surgery july 26, my drain hole was infected so I had it swabbed for culture on the 2nd. They were supposed to call me the 6th. Today is the 16th, finally called to confirm infection. I’ve called twice since the 10th, was told by call center I’d have a call within 20 minutes at the time. Never received a call back. There was a problem with my antibiotic they sent in, the doctor needed to tell my insurance why I needed the medication. Since I had no response I had to pay for the medication out of pocket, which is fine, just unemployed at the moment & this could have been avoided. 2) On my sons last appointment, it was literally 2 hours after we were brought to the back, until we saw anyone. I had to go out, & double check that they didn’t forget about me. Confining a child in a room of wires, plastic, & drawers just isn’t fathomable.

Linda Marts was the absolute worst person I have ever seen in my life! She had an terrible attitude. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life! I ask to speak with the manager and a lady by the name of Ada came in and verbalized to me that everyone complains about this lady and they are aware. It is extremely disheartening to know that the office is aware and yet still allow this lady to practice. This is an terrible representation of this company. It says a lot about this company and office. Alicia at the front desk was the only one who took the time to listen to me and further look into the situation. I will never forget her and will be forever grateful to know that people like her still exist in healthcare. I am looking forward to removing my children and myself from this office and company! By far the worst experience with Linda and according to the nurse manager and these reviews I’m not the only one who feels the same way.
