This in an Open boxing gym (Ole school) pretty cool people. Rick was a super nice guy. Tons of different bag set up and two boxing rings. Making this my training place when visiting the Albany area.

My experience has been priceless. The operators and patrons are warm and encouraging, making my decision to return a no-brainer. The one hour workout gives me more than a regular gym has ever been able to do. It is money well spent. I definitely recommend Schotts to anyone who wants to try boxing, or who just wants a new workout experience.

felt so comfortable on my first day. i have no experience; never touched a boxing glove in my life; fearful of failure...from entry to workout to exit, EVERYONE was helpful (even the patrons) and gave encouragement. i'll be back.
