Although there was only a single employee working the entire store, they were very capable. Calmly and patiently waiting on customer's efficiently, professionally and courteously. It's a shame the employee was required to work solo.

He closed the store@ 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, while I was trying to find a pair of summer shoes. Said he had to take his break. There were two other people in the store that he also told to leave. UNBELIEVABLE

Had an awesome experience. Great staff and so polite! Would’ve been better if an irate heavy set woman named Elizabeth and her cross dressing uncle weren’t berating the staff while actual customers were looking to make purchases. Come to think of it I’ve never seen a bearded man so upset that a store didn’t have high heels in his size.

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
