Told me they didn't have my pick up order. "UM did you get an email because there's nothing here for you." Yes obviously why else would I come to this hole. Show the email, they look in a bin nearby and pull out my box which is not even closed correctly. Literally threw the half open box at me. "Do you want a bag?" What I wanted at that moment can't be published on this review. Just plan ahead and ship to home because stepping in this hole will sink you into the 7th circle of heck.

Not enough employees, men's sections leaves alot to be desired and the pricing isn't great. Did find a brand of shoes I like I'd never found so it wasn't all bad.

I saw a deal online for a pair of Vans for 44.95 when I got to the store I found the pair but the price tag said 59.99 so I told the lady about the deal online...and she was very helpful and asked me to show her the online price and honored it with no issues...so I'm very grateful for the positve experience n outcome. plus its a huge store with lots of variety.
