I dropped my clothes off, and left. My boyfriend ended up stopping by and picking them up bc he decided to do them himself. Super Suds gave him the clothes, and a refund. I never paid, and my boyfriend didn’t know that, so he took the money. Now the owner is calling / texting me, saying he will call the cops, calling us thieves, and threatening a police report- saying it’s our fault. When it was literally a miscommunication / it was THEM that gave the refund.

I'm recently divorced and haven't spent much time in laundromats in years. Doing laundry seems like such a simple thing, but it's easy to get overwhelmed with choices. Nancy was so helpful - she answered my questions and gave me some good advice. She made everything so simple for me. Years ago, going to do laundry seemed like such an ordeal. My visit on Sunday was a joy. I had a quiet place to ponder and think about my future - there's a lot going on. Doing laundry is something I'll now look forward to.
