My family and I went for the first time last year , and had a great time. Beautiful picturesque views, super friendly staff and great apple wine. Yes buy a glass of wine while you pick apples and let the kids enjoy themselves. Excellent little market. Yes we will be back this fall. So much to do, great escape from the city.

Young woman who initially greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. The woman who brought out the half bushel of apples we paid for was however VERY RUDE. She didn't even acknowledged our presence. We live right here in New Paltz and every time we've encountered her here she has consistently been rude and even nasty. Shame on her for treating paying customers this way.

This is my favorite place for an apple picking for more than a ten years. They have great selection of different types of apples that you can pick up yourself as well as pumpkins. Also you can pick raspberries, blackberry and blackberry, by the way if you just want to eat those berries from the bush you can do it for free, you only pay for those that you want to take with you. They also have various of the fresh farm products to buy on their market.
