They were very polite for me, and setting up utilities was very easy. My bill is cheaper than it was for lakeland electric, and MUCH cheaper than it was in Auburndale using TECO and Auburndale water. I have lost power, but it didn't take that long for it to come back on. I was nervous buying a home here because of the bad reviews for the utilities, but I have had zero issues.

Worst Utility company I have ever had to deal with. When I set up my service, they told me after I moved in and had no water, that the Service Tech, she couldn’t find the spot to turn the water on. I called and a very nice Gentleman came after he got off work to locate the water turn on so I could have water. No one else was interested in helping me. Now, they are refusing to turn the power off. I have moved to Colorado, I notified them 2 weeks before I moved that I wanted to cancel service on the 2nd. I call today to verify this has been done and was told the Service Tech, she was unable to get into the back yard to shut the power off. Funny, your Meter Reader never had that issue, or maybe you guys have just been making up the usage for the last 2 years? I was told the power would stay on until I opened the gate. Wow.

Moved out of my two bedroom apt got tired of paying $400 a month electric cut service off on the sixteenth of the month, and they said they were going to use my $192 initial deposit to go towards the final bill so I get a bill in the mail for $315 saying it is past due. I never received the first letter, and how did I use $492 worth of electricity in 16 days what a SCAM of course they will say I used the eletricity so it is on me if you live in bartow and have to use these people expect a high light bill even if youre gone most of the day like me at work

Sad to say that after Hurricane Irma we are on night 6 of no power. I understand it takes time to get power back but I called because every one on our street has power but us and can't understand why they didn't come to our house to hook us back up. We even stopped 2 electric trucks and we were told they know what they are doing and drove off and the other said he would be back and took off. That was an hour ago and its getting dark. Lol... What a liar. Its now friday and we have a 9 month pregnant woman dealing with this heat when we could be in ac if someone would have done their job correctly. Now I dont know when we will get power. What ia wrong with people?
