Really cool place lots of "tents" huge array of things to buy. They definitely are looking to make a deal with you. Tons of tools and knick knacks. Baseball cards,flowers,plants,clothes,skis,snowboards.....lots of stuff great folks. Bring CASH!!

I believe you just show up on flea market day and they come around & collect your fee.

The parking is free and its dirt road and grass! So, if you're wheelchair can move on those shopping wouldn't be difficult although some folks have their items set up on the ground!
Yes pets on leashes are allowed
Yes they are from 7am to 3pm great fun lots of items.
As far as i know .it is up to the mayor when it will open.! I would call (farr tree service in Waterbury) they are family and would know the answers
