I’ve had my golden doodle groomed by Mark a couple times now and he is FANTASTIC. Mark understands how a doodle’s hair grows and how to cut and brush it correctly. The staff is so friendly and patient with my ‘very energetic’ dog and treat him with kindness and gentleness. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing!!! 5 stars all the way! Extremely professional, clean, and attentive. This place is the only place anyone should bring their furry family member. Top tier quality service and the staff is detailed, kind, and most of all caring. They really show how well they care for the pets and treat them with the love they deserve. I boarded my cat here for the first time and they were great! When I dropped her off they took the time to show me around the cat boarding area and explain the way they treat them at length. They also sent me a photo of her while she was there and we able to use a slow feeder for her. The one thing that slightly bothered me is that you can’t use your referral credit over a holiday weekend which they didn’t tell me when I booked, but as for the actual staff and treatment it was above and beyond

The people here took great care of our dog. The room was much more comfortable for our dog than a typical border, and the common room dog-day-camp was incredible for her. All times where the dogs were interacting has multiple staff members watching and ensuring safety, and both her room and the playroom had easily accessible web cams to monitor her care. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them next time we need boarding.

Remember Dawn there's 2 locations, try contacting the Director of the other facility, and expressing your concerns about Springfield. There's a boss of everybody? My condolences to you about your pet (family members) conditions, hopefully all is well?
You can bring them in or drop them off anytime. They do charge extra if it's outside of their standard hours which I think is between 10 a.m. and about 3 p.m.
If you email a facility or call them I'm sure they'll be happy to help you they've been very helpful to me in the past
