The staff is kind and considerate, one of my favorites Banfields to go to in the area. They were frank about Niki's problems and several possibilities to consider before thinking long-term medications. They not only provided ample materials to read but the staff, Brandon, even called three days later to check in on how Niki was doing. I've never had a vet do that before, especially not one from a chain! Thanks Brandon and Dr. Adrianna Guedes Alves DaSilva

Love this Banfield location! Every member of the staff is so kind and so helpful! They were able to fix my cat’s stomach issues.

My regular vet didn’t have an appointment availability for a few weeks and I suspected my dog had a urinary tract infection. I had just adopted her so I wasn’t yet familiar with her, but had a strong feeling that something may be wrong. Not wanting to wait, I was fortunate to find an opening at Banfield in Herndon. I was really impressed from the moment I called to schedule the appointment through to checking out with Jenna at the front desk. The staff was extremely accommodating and professional. Dr. Norjen and the Veterinary Assistant, Savannah, were extremely knowledgable and took the time to both thoroughly ask questions and to answer mine without being rushed. I was absolutely impressed with the service I received and with the facility. I would highly recommend Banfield in Herndon!

We’ve been bringing our two dogs to the Fox Mill location since it opened, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Our pups need regular visits to manage chronic illnesses, and the staff at Fox Mill is absolutely amazing! Our dogs are always well cared for, they are extremely happy, loved, and I know that I’m getting exceptional pet care at this location! I highly recommend Banfield at Fox Mill

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
