Not an emergency vet. I showed up just before they were about to open but someone was already inside. I said "Is the doctor in yet? My dog has a deep cut on his leg." The woman said "We have a full schedule today. You have to come back tomorrow". I said "My dog is out in the car. He's bleeding". She said, in a somewhat irate tone, "We are by appointment only. You need to come back tomorrow". (I have informed my dog that from now on I need 24 hours notice if he's going to injure himself.) Btw my next stop was Shores Animal Hospital and they took him right away. He is doing great.

⛑VERY EXPENSIVE $150 off the top just to see our dog upset as they didn’t refill our pets meds when we asked ••••• Our dog died because these people did nothing to help her was there for hours and didn’t do anything but charge us then told us that they would not give us our dog back unless we paid the bill. I told them they better give me my dog are they gonna be very sorry cause I’ll drive right through the building.

I would recommend this vet. Dr Williams is the best and the vet techs Jena and Megan are great! they have always been caring and compassionate. Prices are reasonable (i have had the wellness plan for years and it is a super great value). i always appreciate them calling the next day to check on my dog after they have a shot.

Dr. Williams is amazing, she is very smart and always took great care of my pups. The prices are great especially if you call around and see how much other places charge. Great prices on preventions as well. Jena and Megan are amazing techs and really care about the animals. They all have been nothing but nice, caring and professional!
