The format of this card is suspicious and I will not answer it. Send me a verifiable website and I may answer it. The card came from Dallas which I know may be a company specializing in this. But once you call then they also have your phone number. Makes no sense in doing it this way. Isn't the Legion aware of the multitude of scams to obtain personal info? My advice---DO NOT RESPOND!!!
