I have been going to this campus since it opened Easter Sunday of 2017. I love having the opportunity to attend church in the city I have called home for almost 20 years! Bridgepoint is a bible based church that focuses first on our relationship with God, but also with our relationships with one another. The church truly cares about each individual that attends; it doesn't matter if you've been a believer all of your life or if you have never gone to church before...ALL are welcomed with open arms! The worship is contemporary and uplifting with a concert-like atmosphere that encourages participation to praise in whatever manner you feel comfortable. Many attenders sing, clap and raise their hands in praise, but there are just as many who prefer to listen only or worship in a more reserved manner. The messages are based on scripture but also practical to today's lifestyles. If you're looking for a deep understanding of theology or bible text, you will not find that at Bridgepoint on Sunday mornings. The church purposefully focuses Sunday sermons for individuals who have either never attended church before or are relatively new to the faith. Midweek classes are offered who those who would like a more in depth bible study. BUT even a long term believer like myself will find Sunday morning sermons meaningful and thought provoking.
