Went there 2 days in a row & on both days was greeted respectfully & assisted fully. On both occasions the associate was knowledgeable of the parts I needed, they did the due diligence to find the parts & the one associate went the extra mile by showing different price options & explained pros & cons of each. Although I did not need assistance carrying the items out to my car it was offered on both occasions & thats much appreciated. I highly recommend this particular Auto Zone.

Auto Zone at 1129 State st. Schenectady,NY I needed a new battery 3 other places, including an auto zone said they couldn't install one. The State st auto zone has their act together. Swapped out my battery and were courteous. Got it done in record time.
