I worked here for over a year. They changed the managers and gave us the worst manager possible. She doesn’t care about her team members is extremely fake. Has told me that some of the people she’s hired are “retarded.” And if you’ve bought a trailer from the Sayre store from March 2021 to November 2021 (it could even still be the case) your documentation is 100% illegal as she has been forging the past managers maiden name on all of the trailer paperwork. Because she is not certified in the state of Pennsylvania to sell trailers. Tractor supply was a great company to work for but she absolutely ruined it for me.

Due to being disabled, it's difficult to walk. We had called Tractor Supply earlier about a play pen for a kitten. When we got there, the salesperson came out to the car and collected our payment for the item. He brought the pen out to the car & put it inside the car for us. It turns out the cage was too big for where it would be installed. We called and were able to return it, no problem. The young man who was our salesperson, was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend Tractor Supply.

As an essential needs-based retailer, we believe we have a responsibility to our Team Members and customers to promote a safe environment in our stores. We have educated our Team Members on social distancing and supplied them with personal protective equipment (plexiglass shields, gloves, masks, face shields, sanitizer). The Centers for Disease Control continues to advise that masks and face coverings are an effective tool to combat the spread of COVID-19. In accordance with the CDC’s best practices, we are requiring face masks/coverings to be worn by Team Members and customers, and we are providing free masks in our stores for anyone who needs one while shopping.
