Always super slow with prescriptions, not very good customer service, constantly get mixed messages form them about when my prescription will be ready

So bad I had to file a complaint with their corporate hq. I'm a type 1 diabetic and on two occasions I had to go the entire weekend without insulin because they were out of stock They blamed their supplier and said I should always order it 10 days early. No insurance company that I know of let's you renew that early. When I told the pharmacist that I could literally die by not having insulin for a weekend he had the same expression as someone would if you told them the sky was blue. This has also happened with 3 other medications multiple times. The cashiers are always polite but the pharmacists act like they're above having to explain themselves. If I had a choice I'd use a different pharmacy. But unfortunately I can't. PATIENTS BEWARE

Awful place, awful. I have a prescription plan that offers very cheap rates by buying from Walmart. Typical story: my doctor refilled diabetic strips 8 days ago. When I went to pick up my prescription I found that the strips were not included. The pharmacy claimed they did not refill them because there was no diagnostic code on the prescription. (test strips for glucose reading). This was a week ago -- no one contacted me or my doctor to let us know there was a problem and now I am out of strips. The reason, they say, they need a diagnosis code is because it is being charged to Medicare B -- but, I have private insurance that does not require a diagnosis code. The prescriptions at Walmart under my insurance plan are cheaper but the cost of those cheaper prices are not worth it. This is just one example of many examples of the problems I've experienced with Walmart Pharmacy.

I have never, ever had a problem with this pharmacy. Kind, courteous and quick despite all of the overwhelming grief they get from the customers. The Valley should be ashamed of how they treat these people.
