Hubby and myself arrived for our appointments (hubbies in the afternoon and again later for mine as last scheduled appointment at 5pm), each to be met by Madelin at window #4. We arrived with all necessary documents. We were greeted with a smile. Madelin was patient, pleasant and helpful with our many questions (being new to Florida) as we proceeded through the process of gaining our Florida drivers licenses. She is definitely an asset to her employer, as she helped us navigate the steps we inquired about separate from a drivers license. Our total experience was great! Hubbies appointment (around 2:50pm) was very busy and my appointment (5pm) was quick and hardly anyone there to be helped. I would recommend an appointment closer to closing. If you get Madelin as the employee that helps you... consider it a bonus... Just be sure to be prepared and have all of your necessary documents.

Jerusha provided excellent customer service! A very pleasant dmv visit, by far one of the best. She was attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond to assist me. I made an appointment and it really helped facilitate the whole process!

I love this location the people are very nice, friendly and helpful. I did my road test there. I had a great examiner, Charmaine was very professional, gave clear instructions. She was pleasant and polite. My server at window number 4 , Madeline was very professional, helpful and pleasant. My experience from both ladies overall was good.
