Had the best shopping experience at The Ancient Olive in Winter Park! The store is located in such an inviting, cute and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and professional. The store is very clean, and organized. Loved being able to sample the many different variety of olive oils and vinegars. Have great foods and kitchen gadgets as well. Can't wait to visit again!

Such great people, always ready to help. I seriously could not cook as well if this store and their products did not exist. I use the garlic infused olive oil more than any other in my cooking. And the other oils and balsamic vinegars add so much creativity to my meals.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Joel, for some of the best customer service ever! I wanted to purchase 2 items and wanted to arrange the purchase online, and thought I was ordering so that they would be shipped to me. It never even registered on me that when I filled out all of the info for the purchase, it never asked me for any shipping info. I placed the order, and was notified that the items would be ready for me to pick up at the store! I have been to Winter Park (one sister lives in Oviedo) but at that moment, I was over 100 miles away in The Villages! I called the store, thinking that I'd have to cancel the order. Joel answered the phone and knew immediately about my order. When I explained what had happened, he immediately offered to ship the items to me. I offered to pay whatever the shipping costs were, but he said not to worry about it. He just verified my correct address and other info, and it was all good to go. That was last weekend, just a couple of days ago, and I received the package today, very carefully packed (two breakable bottles) and wrapped! This is TOP customer service! I wish I lived in the Winter Park area so that I could frequent the store, but I will ask my sister to pay a visit for me every so often. Thank you again, Joel!
