They don’t take care of certain sides. There is to many dandelions and they don’t mow. Then they drive the big trucks to prepare a spot, and damaged a headstone. This cemetery is very disappointing, I have many family members there and it’s sad to see their grave like that. So when I tried to fix it up and grow grass i got in trouble. 🙄

I think this is the ONLY cemetery in Alaska! Lol. I'm from Boston, we have cemetarys EVERYWHERE. This Is the only one ive seen here. We buried a good friend here that day. It was as nice as a funeral can be. This cemetary is always well groomed and taken care if am from what I can tell

What can I really say about this place? I'm not dead yet!! In the summer a lot of people go here to walk around and enjoy the beauty. It was established in 1915 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Lots of historic burials. Very nice to walk through. Have occasional events for the public.
