The front teller was friendly. But they get a 1 star service due to their incompetence to willing to fix a vehicle... I went for an alignment, and they said tire rod was bad so they couldn't do the alignment and they could not fix the tire rod because of the parts... they said they will call me once they get the part and reschedule, so far been over 3 weeks I have not received a call yet. Yes they don't need my business because they are so busy, but what goes around comes around and I have seen businesses better than diversified, closed completely because of their lack of customer satisfaction skills. Well the same day went to another place did the alignment, they found I needed to fix the tire rod, the order the part, I needed to wait an extra 2 hours for the part drove away with no problem. Don't know why they are in business if they just want to do business their way and not on the customer satisfaction way.

Talk about Indy 500 crew worthy!!! Except imagine a minivan full of middle aged Wisconsin tourists. Called at 5:05 pm letting them know I was on my way with a flat tire from our Turo rental! We arrived at 5:20 pm. Their crew (I think there were three of them) grabbed the tire, fixed it, then another two had it back on the van and we were out the door by 5:30 pm. They were even gracious when one of us accidentally sat on the backend when they were under the van installing the flat. Oops. Glad no brain injury was had there. Thanks Diversified. Come on down to Wisconsin…. We get flats there too!

Friendly and very fast Service you need a tire for anything they will get you back on the road quick I will always call them first.. 45 mins I had a Motor coach tire changed..
