Awesome tasting experience! A little hard to figure out where to park (if you're coming from Smuggler's Notch), but well worth it once you do. Tim was great to talk to and his presentation of the variety of spirits was top notch and really gives you a good idea of what to expect and the sense that he is truly proud in the products he crafts. Can't wait to see them available everywhere for purchase; their gin is definitely not run-of-the-mill and has a great, unique taste. I'll be sad when I finish the bottle and won't be able to find it in Canada! Trust me, go for the tasting and get a case of your favourite ASAP!
