I was able to speak with Sherry who sold me my new IPhone! Sherry was absolutely the best and was super nice. I had some issues with trading in my phone. Sherry tried the best to her ability to assist me for about two hours which she really didn’t have to do! Earl was super sweet and helpful when speaking to me over the phone and in person. If anyone needs a new phone or anything this would be the location to go to! Sherry and Earl were amazing!! The absolute best customer service!

Larry talks too much instead of helping customers. We finalized our decision to take advantage of the iphone trade in deal. We went to the store around 5:30. By 6:45 or so he told us that he could not activate both our phones before closing. We put the phones on hold for the next day. When we went back the next day, he said that the deal had changed and that our unlimited plan was not eligible for the trade in deal. We decided not to get the phones because we did not want to upgrade our unlimited plan.

Great experience from the moment we walked through the door. Earl, the only rep/ Mgr on duty, greeted us immediately, inquired on our needs while multitasking 3 other customers a head of us, and was able to seamlessly take care of us all with no problems.
