We recently had dinner at the Cafe, although the Stuffed Shrimp was delicious..... The Prime Rib was not. It wasn't a prime rib cut, which when we politely reflected were told yes it was because they know what are doing; the cut was more of a sirloin and there was absolutely no marbling and asking for a medium well was done to a degree of fine toughness. Customer doesn't always have to be right however a level of satisfaction for a $32 steak is a disappointment to say the least. Didn't offer any compensation just blamed on the cook

My husband and I went here for our first time on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and we had a great experience here. There wasn't many other guests when we had arrived, which was really shocking to us for a Sunday. Other than that, the atmosphere was very cozy and warming. The staff were very pleasant, service was quick and efficient, and the food was delicious! I would recommend visiting this place! We will be back for sure! :)

We have been here a number of times, and tonight did not disappoint. Ryan was our waiter, and he was exceptional. He was very attentive and easy to interact with. My wife and I both had the specials, I had the prime rib, which was perfect and my wife the lobster tails, which she enjoyed. We will definitely come here again and probably again and again.

We like everything about the restaurant. Wide variety of dishes, friendly and prompt service, great food with good portion sizes, convenient location, and we have never had to wait to be seated. I have never been in the bar, but I like how it is separate from the restaurant seating area. Love the Monte Cristo!
