Michael, the manager was the reason for the 5 stars. We knew it would be his last day in this location and he will be in Kissimmee’s location, to be honest we might go there because we trust the restaurant and the services under his management! Taylor, should be more knowledgeable about customer’s special requests. When we say we don’t eat pork and we don’t do alcohol in food, she should make sure all the food comes free of these items but what we got was with pork and alcohol in two plates out of 4. And we were the one caught that after eating it, not her. He was awesome, friendly, so considerate, understanding, and professional!! Food was so good, and special thanks again to Michael!!!! Good luck!!

Stopped coming here a few years ago due to poor service but decided to give them another try. Had a wonderful time with the wife, service has improved dramatically, even the management team has improved as well. Lady manager stopped at my table, made sure that we were satisfied. We will be back soon!!!!

We always enjoy coming to Macaroni and Grill, the service is excellent, the food is great, we celebrated Father's Day and everything was high class! The only thing was that this time the air conditioner was a little warm but for the rest it was really good..
