I have to admit this aspen dental facility is the best by far that I have ever visited. I have been going here now for a year and every time is a breeze. My hygienist (Rathi) is the best ever. She is knowledgable, caring and kind and has helped me so much in terms of making sure I keep up to date with my dental care. I used to not like going to a dentist but here is different. Thank you Rathi.

Showed up for my appt and was greeted with friendly faces. Waiting room wait was short. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. The assistant was knowledgeable and explained all the procedures to me. They were able to get me in 24 hours later for my procedure. Fantastic experience with the North Port location. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I had a great experience. I came in with an emergency. They helped me find a way I could afford to get my teeth fixed without pulling my teeth. I’m super happy with that.

The front staff was very kind and courteous. I have never had as many x-rays as were taken which was really excessive… my exam was by a very unpleasant hygienist who continuously asked her assistant if I was an “older woman” not sure what that was all about, but rude to say the least. She also asked me if anyone in my family had dentures, she asked me twice and asked if I was sure… she told me that I had Periodontal disease, the beginning stages, and that if I don’t start taking care of my teeth they will start falling out… listen… I get regular exams…I brush twice, sometimes 3 times a day as well as floss AND water-pic. I have NEVER been told this before… ever… as a matter of fact, I have been told that I have nice teeth… I am getting braces due to some jaw concerns, and I am most certain that the orthodontist, whom is very reputable, would have mentioned something like this? So, moving forward, I saw the Dentist…. Very nice and also told me that I had nice teeth… 🤔we talked for a little bit, again, very nice…I had the cleaning done by this unpleasant hygienist… and I have never been “handled” like this before… very rough, super rough as a matter of fact, and I had my hands up several times to stop, she just kept saying, oh you have sensitive teeth… umm, yes, I do, so turn the pressure washer down lady… she hit my lip with this as well which started bleeding. I had blood clots in my mouth ya’ll… I looked like I was in a fight… never again! I just wanted a cleaning before getting the braces put on and unfortunately due to lack of help, my VERY LOVELY Dentist just couldn’t get me in soon enough… what an experience! My mouth is so sore I cannot chew anything… forewarned! I was warned about going here, but I thought, it can’t be that bad… yes, yes it can!
