So far I’m really enjoying my experience at Windermere Cay. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful in the office and the maintenance team is quick. I just moved in a month ago so I’ll update this review once I’ve finished my lease.

Just visiting my son's family for a short time. Super impressed with how responsive maintenance is! Their speed in replacing a motor in the freezer kept the food from not spoiling, and the garbage disposal was fixed same day in under 5 minutes making life easier. Great service!

Nicest apartment I've ever lived in! The entire complex is so clean and nice and new. I got on to pay my rent and I noticed it had a bad rating! I have lived here for 3 months so far and we love it! The only reason that it doesn't have a full 5 stars is because maintenance is slow to fix problems. Other then that, the staff is super friendly and helpful and we just love our location! All 3 of us work at Magic Kingdom and you can't get any closer than being able to walk 8 minutes to the parking lot! ***SO. This is my review 14 months in. The staff was great when I moved in and slowly but surely they have hired people that have no idea about anything apartment related. Go in to ask a question three times and you’ll get a different response every time. They LOST my roommates rent and we got an eviction notice and had to cover it ourselves before they found it. They also won’t give us a refund and are holding it until next months rent. Our washing machine broke and we waited 3 WEEKS for it to be fixed and were offered no compensation or help because we had no way to wash clothes. These apartments are nice and beautiful but not much can be done to help with an incompetent staff. If you have any issues maintenance or otherwise while you live here, God help you because they sure as hell won’t. Can’t wait to move out.
