I love coming to this pet store. The last visit I had there, I went with my daughter. And we got to pet the chinchilla they had there (which was AWESOME!). And then the nice girl that worked up front named Sofia let my daughter hold the guinea pig and then asked if she wanted to pet the cats. Which my daughter has felinephobia. So that actually helped her work through her fear of cats. We always have a great experience everytime we go here.

Employee didn't ring up a 15% off, said no problem and offered to return it and rering it, but need a manager. Manager comes out and says they can't return it and reprocess because the coupon needs rang at the time of purchase. *Erp* My brain still hurts from this interaction, I am glad there are other pet stores in Naples.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I absolutely LOVE that they have delivery now! It is a god sent when I’m working 12+ hrs and all I have to do is put in my online order and it’s delivered to my doorstep by the time I get home. I cant thank you enough!
