The staff of Physicians Regional is incredible. I cannot remember the names of the staff members who prepped me and were in the OR during my TAVR. However each and everyone of them were highly skilled, reassuring, kind and friendly. The three nurses who took care of me during my convalescence; Malissa, Andria, and Mike were incredible. Every request I made, some of which were somewhat unreasonable, was promptly, skillfully, and cheerfully granted. They clearly knew their business and answered all questions promptly and competently. I could not possibly have been taken care of. You should be very proud of your staff.

Arrived at 5:30 AM Easy check- I went back with a great nurse More intake forms. IV put in. Met anesthesiologist and spoke about what was to be administered. Waited almost 2 hours for Dr to show. Had to urinate in bed pan That’s all I remembered until I was asked to breathe, several times. I believe my Dr came by following surgeries. When I awoke from anesthesia, was in intense pain. Was given a pain pill. Pain was relieved quite a bit. Realized it was about 3 PM. Pleasant nurses helped me pee in a bed pan and called husband I was taken down and out to my car. Staff was efficient Not sure what happened with anesthesia, but was out of it about 5 hrs following surgery.

Excellent care. Nurse in recovery was excellent, very personable and caring. Dr.Caputo and his team were superb. Since I was awake I was able to hear their conversation. It was great and and made me very comfortable. The procedure went very well. I would give this entire team, hospital, nurses and above all Dr. Caputo’s team 10 stars I will not go to any other hospital in Naples.

This was my first experience - I went to the hospital for lab work. Registering was a great experience - she was quite personable while still being efficient. The lady who who did the blood draw was amazing - she really knew what she was doing! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

So far Physicians Regional has not made that rule, NCH did. Physicians sure needs to! So many employees out with Covid they could hardly function in some areas.
I believe 9 to 6. But the first day they were able to get me special permission for adjusted hours because I was next of kin from out of state.
Unfortunately, they don't open om weekends. They do have a Café that swrvea Starbucks and aome sandwich, though. There is a Tropical Smoothie in shopping center next door and I've heard that the Giovanni restaurant makes good pizza!
