Staff is amazing. Wonderful service for my furry friend. Got the best attention all three times that I had to go. The main doctor (also the owner) had wonderful hands in operating on my dog and the nurses were wonderful with the after care. I didn’t like how we meet but I loved getting to know the staff and share with them.

I had the best experience at this emergency vet hospital. Dr. Madison performed an ultrasound on my little yorkie's bladder and kidneys. He did such a thorough exam of her and when he was done, he took a very generous amount of time to explain everything to me. He was so kind and simply exceptional. I was very impressed! Thank you!!

We have always had wonderful experiences here. With a houseful of Peke’s, it’s never a dull moment. This doctor and staff are so caring and attentive. Tonight they saw our sweet Lucy, who gave us quite a scare. Dr Madison was thorough and gave us peace of mind. We have trusted this animal hospital for years.

I have been to Emergency Pet Hospital twice in the last five years. The first time was when I had to make the difficult decision to put down my fur baby Max; he was a senior dog that was diagnosed with cancer after a seizure and it spread quickly. DESPITE how the cancer should have been "caught" the first time, it was clear that my Max wanted to spend a few more days with me. HE told me when it was time to go. At that time, I could not have been more grateful for the staff; receptionists, doctors, techs, EVERYONE. My Max was a big boy, already "dying" and having to help him cross the Rainbow Bridge was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. The staff, along with myself, were in tears. You could feel the love, care, comfort and passion in the room from all involved. It took me 4 hours from start to finish and not once was I told I had to hurry up, leave, move, etc. They checked on me twice, just to make sure I was okay, at which the first time I needed more tissues and the second time they woke me up because I fell asleep on my dog after his final breath. The crying exhausted me. From that day, until last night, I had only gone back once to pick up his ashes which was a year later. Last night, actually it was around 2 am, I had brought my new fur baby in for "poison control." A classic lab, she got into something she was not supposed to. I had talked to the receptionist/vet tech prior to coming in and she gave me the best advice she could. This led me to calling ASPCA Poison Control and bringing in my lab for all the bells and whistles. Was it costly? Yes. Did I expect it to be? Yes. Do we live in Naples, FL where EVERYTHING is expensive? Yes. Was I informed ahead of time of what the costs and process would be? YES! As I read the 1 star review comments, I wonder if any of those fur parents reflect back on their review and choose to change it or not. I truly empathize, these pets are our children and we will do whatever we can for them, and I can assure you that the family at Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County does the same. Thank you, again, to the staff at Emergency Pet Hospital!
