First time there, last time there. Place was not busy at all. Got seated and took a bit to be approached. Placed our orders and about 10 minutes later our server and someone else leave the kitchen. Another server told us that the cook will be back shortly to finish our meals. Told us that someone just showed up for a job interview and they are talking to him. Really?! Stop making a paying customer's meal for a job interview?! Asked if they even started our meals and was told "well I think they may have started to prep them". Food was just a plate mainly of over added vinegar sauce and by far not even close to being worth the almost $60 spent.

Service was fantastic! Seems to be family owned. The food is definitely prepared with authentic German care. A more crusty bread would have improved the appetizer cheese spread. The food was ok, gravy was not good. Outside seating needs improvement. We should always try to help small businesses... so go there help them earn money and improve the place!!! A lot of work goes in to every plate they serve!

Amazing, authentic German food. Doesn't get any better than their brats in a Pretzel baguette and some schnitzel with gravy.

First time dining here was extremely good! Food and servers were fantastic! Now that we've found this place, we will be visiting regularly!
