I had her to helm a pair of pants for my grandson asked her serval times are u sure u know how we want them and her respond was yes I'm sure slim fit at bottom was done right but the helm was 3 inches above his ankle and that is not where she pin them when he tried them on for her to pin them very disappointed in her work and showed her pictures how to do them never again the dance is the next day no time to get another pair done by someone who knows what they are doing and 100 lost on those pants which she should have to reimburse since she messed the pants up and not what we ordered.

Great place to get your clothes altered. Have had many things altered here. I am a petite person so most dresses, pants are too long for me, even if they say petite. Also my daughter and a friend have had things altered here. Only downside is she only takes cash which is kind of a hassle as I almost never carry cash. I'm not sure that's worth taking away a star for though so I will just include that info in the review. I will day this. She has many years of experience and, compared to some of the other alteration places, her prices are very fair.

I would recommend if you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to clothing to come here. I enjoyed my experience with the owner, who was a very nice older lady. She was very nice and when I had questions, she was ready with an answer. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and I was very impressed with the turn around on my specific need. The cost was very reasonable and the work she performed was done very nicely. I went in needing a suit altered for a wedding and the suit was past my arms and the pants hung below my feet when I stood up. When she was done, it fit perfectly and it just felt so much better than before. I would definitely go back whenever I needed something fixed or altered. It only took her 2 days for my needs.
