I also experienced the same mistreatment at the beginning of my transaction, I’ve been going here since I was a child. I knew that the woman who was not friendly must have had a hard life because I don’t remember her being rude back then. Sometimes people have a hard life and they just need someone to help them smile. Her attitude changed when mine did.

I will not be going there again 2 Star beacuse they did there job. But Not friendly place at all. Me saying hello no response then me saying have a good day when I was leaving and you hear yep.

I would strongly recommend going to a different place if (a) you want friendly service, or at least an attempt at it, or (b) if you want to be able to use your debit or credit card and not be inconvenienced to the point of paying a fee to withdraw money at an ATM.

I've had that problem. I was informed, at the Post Office, that if there wasn't a delivery, the mailperson did not have to pick it up. It cost me late fees because my payments were a day late.
No mail no delivery or pick up. They only pick up if you have a delivery.
