NaturZone Pest Control has done a great job at hiring very Professional Employees in their Punta Gorda region. I called Sean. C to see if he could come out to my workplace to give us a quote on general Pest extermination. Within 2 days he had his coworker Dewayne come out and evaluate our offices. To say we were beyond pleased would be an understatement. Dewayne has won our office over here at SunBrite Solutions and will be our new exterminator. When we purchased our home in January of 2020, the previous owners had been using Naturzone. Since it would be time for the annual service in May of 2020, we decided to keep using Naturzone for our pest control services. Best decision ever!! Matt was our technician who responded. He’s very professional, yet personable, and took the time to explain things to us about pests in Florida and how NaturZone uses Green pest control methods (Integrated Pest Management) that are much better for the environment. Now here we are in May and it was time for our annual service again and for the first time in a year since he sprayed last May, I finally saw a bug in our house! I called NaturZone last week to set up an appointment and requested Matt. He responded today and took great care of us. He’s so friendly and helpful, he makes you feel like a friend of the family has come to visit, he just happens to be holding a can full of bug spray 😁. I highly recommend Matt and this company for all of your pest-control needs. I would say one bug in a whole year, toward the end of that year‘s time speaks volumes about this company. I’m so glad the previous owners had the service already in place or we may never have known about Matt and NaturZone!
