Went in a few days ago and bought my first bike. Salesman didn’t try to force anything. Overall pretty happy with my purchase. Also noticed they had the same helmet I bought from revzilla for 25$ cheaper in their store. (Ls2 Assualt) wish I would have checked for helmets there before I ordered mine online lol. Do not take your machine here to get serviced by any means necessary, avoid them at all cost. I brought my 2018 xp4 turbo 1000 in to get a service on my brakes due to them being spongy, i then find out from Sarasota Powersports that I needed my brake booster replaced (ok cool I have warranty) after waiting months for this part to come in they install it eight hours later… to find out it was never broken. Come to find out there wasn’t any issue with the booster it was the brake line swelling in the back left rear WITCH WAS VISABLE THE WHOLE TIME. So not only did I waste an entire two days because I had to drive down the first time to get a diagnosis which was wrong in the first place too then changing out a brake booster that never needed replacement, Spoke to the shop manager tanner and GM named Mike and he could care less about anything that happened. Only thing they’re concerned about is the fact that they spent hours fixing a brake booster that should’ve never been replaced.
