I hadn't been in a bookstore in so long. It was nice to see that an old brick and mortar is still thriving. Very clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff. I called and they pulled the book i was looking for to ensure I went home happy.

A fabulous book store with lots of space for browsing. Some seating upstairs would be good. The children's area is attractive but clearer categorization would be helpful relating to suitability for age or level. The escalator was not working on this visit and only one small lift was available to floor 2. The assistant was not aware of alternative access via a staircase which we would have preferred. Book signing by Newt Gingrich should be a popular event in Naples.

The young adults section didn’t have a lot of variety. Thought it would have more selection since the outside looks big and there are two floors. They need to make this place more exciting.

I believe Barnes and noble does not buy used. I would look into the used book store in Fort Myers.

Hi Linda, B&N doesn't monitor Google posts about books. If you've already given the Waterside Shops B&N Customer Service a call, then this maybe a redundant post for you. But, I checked online to see if the book was at the store and it is listed as not in stock. But it is available online to order from them. The other option is to call and have it ordered and delivered to the store if you want to pick up in person. Have a good Sunday. Nims

This Barnes & Noble has a cafe inside and they serve food....so unfortunately they can't have dogs roaming around the store or even on a leash but they said you can carry your pet like one of the little ones, or if you have one of those pet strollers you can use that.
