Worst place to live in Plant City, this place either has too much work to be done and not enough people or they dont care. You cant trust the office because they give standard corp answers, they can never tell you when work might be done or that they understand and are doing the best they can. Its all just a meaningless show.

I wish I could give less than 1 star, but unfortunately, I have to give a star to review. Where to even start? I moved into my unit in Oct 2018, I was informed the tile in the bathroom in the hall needed to be replaced and that they had someone lined up to do it two weeks after I moved in. It is now 9 months later and the tile has not been replaced nor do they have any time frame when it may be done. The A/C unit keeps going out. 3 weeks ago it would not shut off and it started shooting water out of the handler. The maintenance did not want to come out and told me to put something under it to catch the water pouring out of it. The next morning when the guy came to fix it, he informed me the A/C unit was wired wrong and could have shorted or caught fire had I not turned off the unit. A week later my vehicle was broken into and yesterday someone attempted to break into my unit. This is a on going issue with the complex. Someone had their car window shot out. Multiple vehicles broken into, units broken into, and management does nothing to try and fix the problem. They refuse to hire security or install cameras. When the person try to break into my unit they broke my door knob and the management refuses to fix this problem. There is drug dealers all over the complex, slinging dope on the play ground where they children play. Homeless people live on the property in the corner under trees and the management refuses to do anything about them as well. The units are flooded with roaches as well. The pest control is a joke, I think they are only feeding them at this point. Over all an awful place to live, unless you like thugs and roaches. Pros?? My lease is ending soon Cons?? Park springs apartments is a joke. They give someone a fine for placing a bag outside of their door to walk down to the dumpster in a few minutes after doing so. And they say the only designated trash area is inside the dumpster so looks to me I’ll be speaking my mind very heavily on Monday and telling them I’m taking this to their superiors seeing as that isnt a designated dumpster for trash and the dumpster isn’t even full and they are suppose to fine those people too. Management sucks I’ve been infested with roaches for two years spent about 500 on roach stuff they never do anything when they say.
