This place has so much potential. We truly appreciate how management wants to be helpful. Some things need more attention, but I see better things are in store for people that are willing to invest their homes.

It's obvious by the onstreet view of this Park that the units they rent are extremely old and in dire need of more than basic maintenance. Cost of rentals is not cost effective, a mere camper, not a mobile home, range $800.00 per month or higher. Actual 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile homes range $1400 per month or higher. Not too bad a price to pay for a nice place to live, but their homes are far from nice. Many of the homes have been badly damaged by termites. What the termites didn't damage, water has. Homes are filled with mold, many have sever electrical issues and many more septic issues. Septic tanks installed are mere barrel size shipping containers. This park is riddled with drug use and activity. But please, don't take my word for anything, visit this property and see for yourselves.
Not sure. I think it does. I drive by there every day. There's a sign that says under new management, I think there is a phone number too. Don't know what it is though
