The dressing rooms were closed so there was no trying on items. There was not a big selection of women's shoes or dresses. The housewares and home decorations sections were messy and disorganized, with many items damaged. It was difficult to locate the prices of items such as bed pillows. Then the checkout line was crazy long. Not an enjoyable experience.

The staff is friendly but this location is smaller than many and the inventory is lacking. The small children & toddler clothing items are sorted weirdly z& they have limited selection compared to other Burlingtons.

Best shopping experience ever ! They carry all the latest fashions as well as high end name brand. Store is clean, organized and staff was grt. Will recommend highly. Prices just can not be beat!!! Waterford Lake Burlington rocks!!!❤😎

Mostly the items shown online aren't officially sold by burlington. They're resold by burlington. It's like goodwill where items are pre-owned so they vary except burlington gets the newer stuff.
