Should have read the other reviews for this company before working with them. My husband has been trying to get a CPAP machine for well over a year now. We were told that they had a machine back in February, it’s now almost AUGUST and we still don’t have the machine. They have run our insurance wrong multiple times. Couldn’t give us an accurate quote for months. Finally got one. Set up the appointment to be instructed on how to use the machine, when arriving for the appointment we were told the person wasn’t there today and we would have to come back. And then they tried to charge another $300 on top of what was quoted to us two days ago. This place is a complete mess to work with. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I was in a tight spot trying to source a part for my mask. Not only did they help me just walking in off the street, they simply GAVE me the part I needed for free! They have got first call for all my CPAP needs from now on!

My son has multiple complex medical issues leaving him to not walk, talk or crawl, and needing a feeding tube for all his nutrition. My husband works out of town, and I work full time from home and I am my sons full time care giver. More recently his condition has worsened and he’s been in and out of the hospital and not going to school at all. My son is 8 now, and I’ve been using pro care since he was a new born, and have never had a problem with bad customer service until recently. My son ran out of formula on a Friday, and I thought pro care was open on Saturday, because they used to be, but apparently are not anymore. There has been a couple of times when I forgot to order something in advance, and ran out after hours, and the on call person would deliver what I forgot. It was never a big deal with the previous on call employees. When I inquired about that to Brenda, who was the on call person in this incident, said she will not do that and that me forgetting to order the formula in a timely manner is not an emergency, and that I need to be a more responsible mother. Of course I started crying when she said that, and she hung up on me. Only to call me back an hour later and tell me to pick up the formula at the hospital emergency room. If this this isn’t an emergency, why do I need to go to the hospital emergency room? Brenda has the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! I called and left a message twice with a manager, to make a complaint but have never had a call back.

I switched to Procare Home Medical because my last company could not send me the correct head gear for my CPAP machine. I was assured by several people while setting up the account that they would definitely send the correct head gear. I received my first order from Procare home medical and I was sent yet again the wrong head gear! The staff obviously doesn’t care about sending the correct supplies as long as they get paid for them. They definitely need to work on customer service and the supply network.
