Alaska USA needs to realize that it's quality over quantity. They continue to open and close branches but all the while their customer service has been going downhill for years. I've had my accounts for almost 20 years and lately every time I call them or go into a branch it's a terrible experience. And trying to speak to a supervisor on the phone? You better have 30+ mins to sit and wait. Even then, the person you speak to hardly knows what they're doing. Save yourself the hassle and go with another financial institution.

HORRIBLE. 🤬😡 NEED NEW EMPLOYEES! Warning ⚠️ unless you have all day, ⌛ like bad customer service 😔 and being lied to,🙊😭 given the run around, 🤬 and being fed nothing but time consuming bull****🤢 Then I suggest taking your financial needs elsewhere. In short. This branch sucks.

Online services and banking services don't talk to one another. I like a financial institution that can coordinate the two services. If you offer a service online, then PLEASE-- know how to resolve an issue at the bank. It's already been a month and will probably take a month more to settle this issue.

Very polite workers always fast service. The benefits i get with banking here are worth it. I love how clean the place is. The hours of business is better and longer hours compared to ANY other bank. I have gotten my credit up through them. And the online banking is user friendly.

Hi Fadia, thanks for asking! We do not have a swift code, however, you can transfer funds to your Alaska USA account from an international account by following these steps: 1) transferring the funds to an account with another financial institution in the U.S. (one that has a swift code), then, 2) transferring the funds from that financial institution to your account with Alaska USA using the routing number published on the website: alaskausa.org/service/faq.asp?q=61.
