Food seems to always be old (buns are hard), nuggets are over cooked (hard and greasy). No one seems to have quality control in the restaurant industry anymore. What a shame.

Terrible, I was unsatisfied with this place due to the Bad food and service here. I understand it’s fast food, it’s the motto of the franchise, but just because I want it quick does not mean I’m willing to settle for old reheated food. Biscuits were stale and over done, hash browns were cold, no silverware, coffee wasn’t prepared as asked. And when I came back to make the complaint I gave back the food so they can see for themselves, there was no apology on their behalf or on behalf of the franchise. This was a horrible McDonald’s yo go to.

Arrive in drive thru about 5:40am. Ordered and pay went quickly. Sat at next window for over 5 min. I was surprised at how many employees they had here. Anyways,finally received my food and drove 3 minutes to work and sat in my truck to eat. Opened my big breakfast and found everything colder than it should have been from the drive. Grabbed biscuit and the bottom felt like it was just taken out of a refrigerator.I was so frustrated ,I took it all except the hash brown and the extra one I ordered and threw it away. Hash browns were still warm. Won't be back and recommend that you don't waist your money. No excuse for cold food with a place full of employees.

Order my food at the kiosk. Went to the counter and waited over 15 minutes for my food. My order number disappeared from the screen so I was expecting my food. Nope like another 5 minutes go by. Meanwhile 2 other in store orders have been fulfilled and I’m still waiting. The manager has my order but I’d busy texting away and gives me half my food. I tell the guy that gives my food that I’m missing stuff. So instead of having him put his hands back in my food (my fries that are open) I pulled everything out of the bag. And he still asked to see my receipt to make sure I bought it. Wow I’ll just go to the McDonald’s further away better service and staff. Also as I’m walking away the same manager tell her employee that I didn’t have to be so rude. Ridiculous. How hard was this order
