Came on a Sunday for lunch with the family. The person taking the order looked bored, no eye contact, no confirmation of the order. The food came and it was incorrect. The person giving the food (the manager ?) said that it is what was ordered before then fixing it. The restaurant itself was dirty, tables left with food on them as the bins were overflowing, food on the floor, napkins dispenser was empty, nothing to pump the ketchup into etc. The manager and staff walked about ignoring the whole mess. Then they closed the inside of the restaurant so no-one else could get in and said to everyone waiting to be served that they need to go through the drive through instead. 2 stars as the food itself (Dave's double combo) was very good. A good product let down by the staff at this specific restaurant.

Somehow they had no ice, all the ice machines were apparently "down", including the ones behind the counter. All the drinks were room temperature. The bacon and chicken nuggets were overcooked. Which is funny because the service was extremely slow. The food took forever to come out and it did not all come out at the same time. By the time I got my food the rest of my family was already halfway through theirs. It seemed like the poor girl at the counter was trying her best to get things out and running back and forth from the front to the back, while other employees just kind of stood around in the back and were chit-chatting with each other. The family who ordered after us had the same problem, slowly got their food all at different times. Maybe it was an off day, not sure. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful as best she could be, but the service was extremely slow from the kitchen staff.

STAY AWAY!! The most terrible service I’ve ever had at Wendy’s the staff is rude and don’t seem to care about anything I’ve personally stopped going to this location because of the terrible service and my order ALWAYS GETS MESSED UP like you can’t make this up it’s actually a joke i would calmly ask for it to be remade correctly and get nothing but attitude and off hand remarks in Spanish as if I didn’t hear them or understood them…..my job offered ti get me lunch and come and behold the order is messed up again again a joke only it’s not funny never eating here again! Would recommend Everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

This Wendy’s establishment is great. The customers are attentive and cooperative with the guest. The lines are never too long and the speed of service is adequate. Genuinely pleasing to dine in and the interior is kept well cleaned. I certainly recommend if you like Wendy’s. Oh! The Bourbon Barbecue bacon burger ACTUALLY looks like the picture when you receive it!
