The staff is outstanding and very welcoming and friendly, but the condition of the tees are terrible. The greens are very nice, and that's why I gave it 3 instead of 2. On most tees, it was bare or full of weeds. Fairways are ok and the cart paths are pretty rough. A great value however and we had fun playing.

great place to play!! The new owners are doing everything they can to make this a great course. The layout is just as good and challenging as any around. Have played all the courses in the area and this is the best bang for the buck. When all the hard agronomy work they started over a year ago comes to fruition this will be the course everyone is talking about. The best thing about Preserve is that the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all are committed to the sport and want everyone to have a great time. Does it need some work? What course doesn't? The great thing is that they are doing the work. If you are looking for a stuffy country club golf experience then do not come to Preserve. If you want to play a challenging course for the love of the sport with laid back like minded people then do play here. Just make sure to bring extra balls, this track is no joke and it just keeps getting better everyday.

People were friendly. Greens were in good condition. However, the tee boxes and fairways need a lot of help. Also the areas immediately adjacent to the greens were not good. Course layout is challenging. Water on most holes. Shot placement is critical.

Nice course, not too difficult. Was in good shape when I played, a couple of the greens needed work. Probably one of the best courses for the money. I always like playing here.
