Dr. Desai and Dr. Sacksteder were very professional and actually cared. As soon as my vision took a turn for the worse they made time for me and had me come in the next day to get it taken care of. If I had to give them a score out of one out of 100. I would give them 100. Even every one else who works there is very nice and professional. I just wish that all medical Field businesses were like them on Central by 66 street in Saint Petersburg. They take a stressful situation and make it as easy as possible for you. They definitely go the extra mile to take care of you. I can’t say that for other places that I’ve been to. I highly recommend Dr Desai and Dr Sacksteder.

Between scheduling and records, I don't know how anything gets done at this place. I'm done with this place. In the process of getting a new Doctor. These people make the most trivial, easily solved problem into something impossible. I wanted to email an evaluation I just received, to my doctor. Oh No! Can't do that! Must make an appointment , must drive over and see the doctor in person. What a waste, just because their staff can't think for themselves.

I just want to make an appointment for my husband. They asked if he was vaccinated, or displaying any symptoms. I told them no. They said only he was allowed into the building for his appointment. The only way I could go in is if he medically needed me or if I was vaccinated. That’s horrible and I’m pretty sure it goes ago the Governor’s order. Especially since the vaccinated are the ones spreading the virus and not the unvaccinated. Finding a new Dr.
