I came in with a VERY urgent request involving cloning my hard drive to a SSD , upgrading my ram, cleaning old files out, and rescuing a project I started that I thought I lost due to the computer crashing. Lon and Sam took on the goal with ease and even stayed after hours to finish this project. The price was beyond reasonable as well.

Sam and Lon are great! Personable and real people, I told them what was going on with my system and Sam diagnosed and gave suggestions on how to improve my gaming computer without pushing anything on me to buy. They’re professional and fun if you chat with either. They took care of everything I needed at a great price especially for their work they had to do on my computer and the upgrade it received. Would recommend to anyone. At the very least give them a call!

The staff are fantastic and personable. Nothing is perfect but i will legit go out of my way to go there. Good for gaming PC stuff. Also there is a good pizza place next door, very good pizza.

For anyone who needs a hard to find computer part this is the place to go I think he may have every version of every computer ever made LOL. Lon is very knowledgeable at repairing and replacing computers as well.

Most Zenbooks do not have removable video cards, they are soldered directly to the motherboard, so it would require a motherboard change. But also, there could be other issues causing video problems, so feel free to bring it by, we do NOT charge a diagnostic fee and we can at least give you a potential solution to your issues. It depends on the age and condition.
When available, yes. Due to shortages in chips it has caused a shortage in video cards as well as high demand for many computer components in general. We occasionally have new cards available so feel free to call us to check our inventory.
I may have a compatible battery in stock, used or new, but not likely since there are so many different models out there. If you can provide model numbers I can see if I have something compatible or how much it would cost to order.:-)
We sanitize any computers we get in as well as wearing masks and sanitizing our hands as needed...
